Strategies of the national policy of safe hospitals and monitoring in the Huarochirí health network

Abstract

The objective of this research work is to determine the relationship between the strategies of the National Policy of Safe Hospitals and the monitoring in the Matucana Hospital of the Huarochirí Health Network, in 2018. The research line is Direction and the type of research was basic, the design was correlation. Out of a population of 110 workers, the sample consisted of 86 workers from the Matucana Hospital of the Huarochirí Health Network. The survey technique was applied with dichotomous type questionnaire for the variables: strategies of the national policy of safe hospitals and the monitoring in the Hospital of Matucana. In the investigation, it has been concluded that there is a very high correlation of r = 854 between the Strategies of the National Policy of Safe Hospitals and the Monitoring, in the Matucana Hospital of the Huarochirí Health Network, in 2018, with a level of significance of p = 0.000<.05.
