Mastery of the pedagogical leadership of the manager in the teaching performance of a public educational institution

Abstract
The research carried out aimed to determine "the influence of the pedagogical leadership of the manager on the teaching performance in the educational institutions of the elementary school of the RED N ° 07, UGEL 01, Lima 2019." The method was descriptive, explanatory, quantitative approach, simple type, and non-experimental design: transactional, correlational-causal. The population is made up of 4 Regents and 200 Educators and the sample made up of 4 Regents and 132 Educators. For data collection, two interrogations were prepared: a questionnaire and an observation sheet. The “consequences obtained allow us to challenge the null hypothesis and consent to the hypotheses investigated, so the Kruskal-Wallis test was used to appreciate the important ascendant for pedagogical leadership and the exercise of the educator with a 95% level of importance. used the linear regression test and pedagogical leadership was involved in 42.4% in the exercise of the educator. It was concluded that the pedagogical leadership of the manager influences the organization of the educational work in the educational organizations of the primary level of the RED N ° 07, UGEL 01, Lima 2019.
