Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to determine if the de facto union as an institution of law and legal figure guarantees recognition of the regime of the society of livestock, research addressed from the quantitative approach, with hypothetical deductive method, descriptive level and non-experimental design, whose The sample was made up of 135 Judges and Prosecutors specialized in family matters, located in the Northwest area of the city of Lima, the evaluation considered the application of a questionnaire consisting entirely of 13 Items, with categories of politomic type and individual administration through the survey technique, concluding that it is the de facto union that protects the recognition of the right to the regime of the society of livestock, and that this has to be declared by public deed and registered in the Public Registries thus contributing to the union of equal form granting him very similar rights It's a marriage.
