Pedagogical accompaniment and teaching performance in the achievement of learning in a productive technical education center in a district of Lima

Abstract
The objective of this research was to determine the incidence of pedagogical accompaniment and teaching performance in the learning achievements of CETPRO Magdalena students, UGEL 03 - 2016. The research was developed according to the quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, causal correlational approach. The sample used was of a census type, made up of 91 teachers, a questionnaire was applied for the pedagogical accompaniment variable, an observation sheet to measure teacher performance and the learning evaluation reports as an instrument of the learning achievement variable. The final results according to the respective hypothesis test, indicate that the pedagogical accompaniment and the teaching performance have a direct impact on the learning achievements of the students of CETPRO Magdalena, UGEL 03 - 2016.
