Abstract

When people join society, they face the way of relating to their peers, with development and adaptation in the labor field, which demands competent professionals who are optimal for teamwork with socioemotional skills; It is inevitable, there are no professionals or workers with soft skills such as selfcontrol, entrepreneurial and communication skills, among others; that are complemented with hard or cognitive skills. The objective of the study was to perform an analysis of articles according to thematic and to provide a look at the aspects of soft skills as a result of the study in the educational field and benefit for the workplace. The materials used are related to Excel applications and for information gathering (Google drive, alerts) and reading (TTS Reader). The method used is the heuristic one according to the obtaining of the data in impact magazines such as Scielo, Scopus, Redalyc among others; and the hermeneutical method to analyze, understand and describe the findings. Faced with the
issue, there is a minimal deepening of educational practice, without evidence in school subjects; however, the investigations carried out determine that soft skills are important for social adaptation, better coexistence in school and development at work
